Layout Design | Internal Alterations | Building Warrant This project saw a tired old property located in a granite tenement fully refurbished to a high standard. The existing one bedroom property was re-designed to accommodate two bedrooms, by way of consolidating existing wasted corridor space and poor layout. The property now benefits from a modern open plan living & kitchen area. The property required some structural alterations to form some of the new spaces, whilst the remaining internal alterations were designed to accommodate the relocation of the kitchen and bathrooms.
